Delete your data
To ask us to delete your data: email
app@labhofy.com
with the subject Delete my lābhofy data, from the email address or phone
number you registered with, and include your Device ID.
Steps
- Open the lābhofy app and go to Manage, then Activation. Your Device ID is shown there. Copy it.
- Send an email to app@labhofy.com with the subject Delete my lābhofy data. Write your business name, the phone number or email you registered with, and your Device ID. If you no longer have the app, send the business name and phone number or email only.
- We may reply to confirm it is you, for example by asking you to write from your registered email or phone.
- We delete the data listed below and confirm by email, within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your registration details: business name, phone number, email, country, state, postal code and address.
- The link between those details and your Device ID.
- Your AI scan balance record. Any scans you have left are lost and cannot be restored.
- Any product catalog and online-store data you pushed from the app to our servers.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and purchase records (the type, amount, method and date of what you bought, including Google Play purchase records). We keep these for as long as tax and accounting laws require us to, and use them for nothing else.
- Activation code records. A code that has been used stays marked as used, so it cannot be redeemed again. We remove the link to you.
- Server logs kept by our hosting providers, which expire on their own schedule.
Data on your phone
Your sales, purchases, stock, customers, staff and reports live only on your phone. We do not hold them, so we cannot delete them for you. To remove them, uninstall the app or clear its storage in your phone's settings. Take a backup first if you may need them again.
Google Play purchases
Purchases you made through Google Play are also held by Google. Deleting your data with us does not cancel or refund a purchase. For refunds and payment history, use your Google Play account.
